Dog behaviour support · Sunshine Coast & Australia-wide
Understanding your dog. A clearer way forward for you both.
Looking for a professional canine behaviourist? We help you understand aggression, anxiety, reactivity or distress through a 60-minute behaviour assessment at your home on the Sunshine Coast, or by telephone Australia-wide. Your questionnaire, appointment and written management plan provide a clearer next step.
You do not need an existing diagnosis or use the right terminology. Tell us what you’re noticing; we will help you make sense of it without blame.
Your assessment, explained
Share your dog’s history, your concerns and what everyday life looks like before the appointment.
Explore the context together, ask questions and understand what may be contributing to the behaviour.
Receive a written management plan and next steps, including options for further support if needed.
The recommended approach depends on the individual dog. We will explain everything clearly, may recommend veterinary input where appropriate, and provide practical, pragmatic advice. There are no further fees to pay Padfoot unless you choose to engage with another of our services. There is absolutely no obligation to do so.
James Davis is Padfoot’s founder and an animal behaviourist with postgraduate qualifications in animal science and behaviour. Our focus is understanding your dog’s behaviour and helping you take practical next steps.
Behaviour support does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Read James’s profile and meet the team, or read about how we work collaboratively with your vet.
